How To Obtain the Mycologist Achievement in Train Valley World

The Mycologist achievement is the rarest achievement in Train Valley World at the time of writing with only 5% of steam players having this achievement unlocked.

To obtain the achievement you must demolish 10 mushrooms. It's simple enough but considering the achievement is marked as secret (thus hidden) and requires you to hunt down specific mushrooms, it can easily be missed or prove more difficult than expected.

Where To Find Mushrooms

First you will need to find a mushroom to demolish.

I was only able to find one in Chapter 4: Gold Rush and Chapter 6: Lost World. My guess is every level has a single mushroom and you must hunt them down in some Where's Walley (/Waldo) extravaganza. I could also be wrong. For you only need to find a single mushroom.

Here's the two I found, and also what to look for:

Chapter 4: Gold Rush

North-West of the map, just above Greenwood.

Chapter 6: Lost World

North-West of the map, between two dinosaurs to the south-west of Summerlee.

Unlocking The Achievement

Enter demolish mode (backspace is the default PC binding) and demolish the mushroom.

Do this 10 times and you're done.

No, you don't need to find a new mushroom every time. Simply restart the level and demolish the mushroom again. Repeat until the achievement pops.
